How It's Done
Permanent Eyeliner is a form of cosmetic tattooing. The eyeliner tattooing method I use is called SoftapTM, and it is done with a manual instrument. I use a specialized tool dipped in pigment to gently “tap” the pigment into the skin along the lash lines of the eyes. This method is soft and gentle. I have complete control over where the pigment is being deposited into the skin with this method.
The color, style, and thickness of the permanent eyeliner is decided by you, and can vary from almost undetectable, to very dramatic. If you have a specific shape or style in mind, feel free to bring pictures of the look you would like. Liner is applied to the lash lines and the surrounding skin only, never to the inner ridge or “waterline” of the eye.
